Overview
Garvelink Law LLC was founded by Todd K. Garvelink to represent senior executives in the negotiation of their employment, equity and incentive compensation agreements, and in their negotiated separations. Mr. Garvelink founded the firm in 2018 after practicing in New York City for over 23 years, including for 19 years as an executive compensation and ERISA partner at national and New York City law firms. He has extensive experience in designing, drafting and negotiating senior executive arrangements at both privately owned firms and publicly traded companies, and he has represented numerous senior professionals at private equity firms, venture capital firms, investment managers and investment banks. He personally services all clients without the potential conflicts associated with large law firms.
Mr. Garvelink also has many years of experience working on ERISA investment matters, compensation and benefits matters in mergers and acquisitions, and transactions involving employee stock ownership plans.
